Wilson Farm Road Closure
Please be advised that final steps are in process to commence the construction of the improvements to the entrance from Wilson Farm Road.
DelDOT has granted final approval of the plans and established the timeline for this project.
We anticipate construction to commence on or about September 21, 2016. This is dependent upon installation of all required traffic advisories at least 10 days prior to the start.
During construction it is required that the entrance to Heritage Shores from Wilson Farm Road remain CLOSED to all traffic. Traffic will be required to enter and exit from Route 13.
It is estimated that this project will take UP TO 60 DAYS FOR COMPLETION.
Upon completion of the construction of the entrance and connecting roadways work will commence on the common areas on both sides of the entrance to Whistling Duck.
Please keep in mind that weather conditions may impact this schedule. We will make every attempt to complete the project as soon as possible to reopen the entrance.
