Downtown Improvement Matching Grant

Dear Business/Property Owner, As part of its effort to improve the appearance of “Downtown Bridgeville”, the Town of Bridgeville is pleased to announce that it is offering a second round of matching grants for commercial building improvements on Market Street. Grants are available to assist commercial property owners in addressing the costs of eligible improvements. Seventy five percent of project costs, not to exceed $1,500, will be reimbursed by the town with owners paying the other twenty-five percent (total grant eligible project cost $2,000.) Grant Applications are available at Town Hall 101 North Main Street or the town’s website and must be submitted to Town of Bridgeville, ATT: Economic Development Committee.
