Water & Sewer Rates & Fees

Property Tax- $2.00 per hundred dollars of Town Assessment (penalty is equal to 2% per month after due date). Residents of Heritage Shores are subject to a special tax above and beyond the $2.00 that will be determined by the amount and cost of issuance of the bonds sold. All other properties within the corporate limits of Bridgeville are not subject to this tax.

Infill Residential Impact Fees

Minimum charge for sewer – $1080
Minimum charge for water – $750

Non-Infill Residential Impact Fees

Minimum charge for sewer per EDU or every fraction thereof: $7500
Minimum charge for water per EDU or every fraction thereof: $2500

*An infill lot is an existing, undeveloped lot of record within the existing corporate limits of Bridgeville as of October 19, 2002. Each infill lot shall be entitled to one (1) EDU at the infill residential impact fee rate as may be amended from time to time by the Commissioners.
