PUBLIC NOTICE
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Bridgeville will meet on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 7:00 P.M., at the Bridgeville Public Library meeting room at 600 S. Cannon St. to hear an application and consider several proposed Ordinances concerning Heritage Shores.
1) Discussion of the Heritage Shores Landscaping Plan.
2) Discussion and Public Hearings concerning 3 Ordinances.
An Ordinance to increase the maximum height limit for accessory buildings
An Ordinance concerning street standards, off-street parking and shared parking in RPC’s.
An Ordinance to permit recreational facilities, spas, swimming and tennis clubs in RPC’s and to decrease the minimum lot size and width in RPC’s.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may submit your comments in writing to the Bridgeville Planning and Zoning Commission at the address below no later than Monday, June 17, 2013.
