The Town of Bridgeville is in the process of updating the Town’s Comprehensive Plan. This Plan serves as an official statement about the future of Bridgeville to help guide future development decisions, re-zonings, annexations, and capital improvements. The Plan is also an informational document for citizens, business people, and government officials to learn more about Bridgeville, its policies, and future land use decisions. This survey is to allow for the public to have the opportunity to provide input into the process. Please complete this survey and return to Town Hall where the results will be tabulated and documented for use in updating the Plan. Downtown Improvement Matching Grant

Dear Business/Property Owner, As part of its effort to improve the appearance of “Downtown Bridgeville”, the Town of Bridgeville is pleased to announce that it is offering a second round of matching grants for commercial building improvements on Market Street. Grants are available to assist commercial property owners in addressing the costs of eligible improvements. Seventy five percent of project costs, not to exceed $1,500, will be reimbursed by the town with owners paying the other twenty-five percent (total grant eligible project cost $2,000.) Grant Applications are available at Town Hall 101 North Main Street or the town’s website and must be submitted to Town of Bridgeville, ATT: Economic Development Committee. Applications must be submitted by Wednesday, October 12 before 4:30 p.m. Recipients will be notified by Wednesday, October 26, 2016.
